Have a dog that was able to damage their Zogoflex® Toy? Here's what you need to do and the information you need to send to West Paw when you return your toy:
1. A quick note to letting them know the breed and age of your dog, and how long it took your dog to damage the toy.
2. Let them know if you would like a replacement or a refund.
3. Include the damaged toy and proof of purchase (save your happydogsplay.com receipt for this purpose). Not only will West Paw inspect the returned toys for weaknesses, but they'll also recycle them.
4. Be sure to include your own contact information so they know where to return the new toy or refund.
