Dogs can choke on loosened bark or sustain puncture wounds from the sharp points on the stick. The Puppy Stick eliminates both of those problems. It's textured to massage a puppy's gums and the three extensions make it a fun toy for a game of fetch. It's made for light chewing so if you have a puppy who tears up all their toys, be aware that they could rip this apart too, but not very easily.
