These three dimensional wraps are the newest work from New Orleans artist Kelly Magee. Each dog mug shot is individually hand-painted on what is essentially a wooden box that Kelly herself constructs from certified sustainable wood panels. The images are then painted on the stretched canvas with small parts of the dog's ears extending onto the side panel. Each one is an original and no two will be exactly alike.
While each painting is sold separately, the backgrounds are all different contemporary colors that go great together in groups that can make an interesting bigger piece and can be put together in a variety of configurations.
