The McCoy Hung Over Dog Bank was made as a promotional item for the Swank Company. It's 6" tall and 8" wide and has no cracks or chips except for the missing surface red paint on this St. Bernard's tongue. As you can see from the back, this McCoy Bank can be used as a planter or Dresser Caddy. There's no "McCoy" identification on the bank because it was made by McCoy as a promotional item.
