No, you do not have to pay any additional shipping costs for back-ordered items.
How will my order be shipped?
We've found that the US Post Office has the best rates for all three categories of shipping.
Are there any restrictions on where packages can be shipped?
happydogsplay.com ships to all 50 states. We do not ship outside of the US.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
All next business day delivery orders are processed the same day if placed by 1pm. ET. If next day service is not available in your area (some rural areas), we'll notify you as soon as possible so other arrangements can be made. Most other orders are processed the next business day. Standard shipping takes from 4-9 business days; Priority delivery takes 2-3 business days; and Next day delivery takes just one business day.
