How do you calculate shipping? happydogsplay.com bases its shipping charges on your merchandise total and the method that you choose to have your package sent. Here are the rates and shipping choices:

If some of my items are on backorder, do I have to pay shipping and handling for each shipment as the products become available? No, you do not have to pay any additional shipping costs for back-ordered items.
How will my order be shipped? We've found that the US Post Office has the best rates for all three categories of shipping.
Are there any restrictions on where packages can be shipped? happydogsplay.com ships to all lower 48 states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside of the US.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered? All next business day delivery orders are processed the same day if placed by 1pm. ET. If next day service is not available in your area (some rural areas), we'll notify you as soon as possible so other arrangements can be made. Most other orders are processed the next business day. Standard shipping takes from 4-9 business days; Priority delivery takes 2-3 business days; and Next day delivery takes just one business day.
RETURNS:
What is your return policy? We want you to be happy with all your purchases from happydogsplay.com and if you're not, we want to make it easy for you to return the items. Generally, if the product is unused, unopened and still in its original packaging, you can return it for a full refund (see below). Because of dog health issues, you cannot return any toy that your dog has played with or that you've taken out of the box. If you receive any defective merchandise or if any order is damaged in shipment, please email us at: support@happydogsplay.com and we'll make arrangements to replace or refund your items as quickly as possible.
How do I return an item? Please email us at: support@happydogsplay.com and let us know what you're returning and why and we'll send you an email back confirming the return. If your return is within 30 days of the initial shipment date, we will issue you a refund in the form of your original payment method. We do not refund shipping costs. For all returns made after 30 days of the initial shipment date, we will issue your refund in the form of a happydogsplay.com Online Gift Certificate. To expedite your return, please ship item(s) and your packing slip, stating the reason for the return, to: happydogsplay.com, 1425 Market Blvd., Suite 330-115, Roswell, GA 30076.
ORDERS:
How do I place an order? happydogsplay.com uses a simple shopping cart to process your order. If you see an item you like, click the "Add to Cart" button and you can either keep shopping or proceed to checkout. When you have finished adding items to your cart and have made any changes to your product quantity, click the "Checkout Now" button and follow the directions for completing your transaction.
Do I have to register to place an order? The purpose of registering is so that when you order again, your shipping information will already be on record and you won't have to fill out the entire form again. However, you do not need to register to place an order and you can use "Express Checkout" instead.
When is my credit card charged? Your card is charged as soon as you place your order.
Will I need to pay sales tax? Only Georgia residents are required to pay sales tax.
Can I cancel my order? You can cancel any order provided it hasn't been shipped yet. Call (678-352-0928) or email (support@happydogsplay.com) to cancel your order and we'll confirm your cancellation by email.
Can I place an order by telephone? You can place an order through our website or by mail but at the present time, to insure accuracy, we do not take phone orders.
Can I place an order using a check or money order? Yes. Select the items you want to buy and add them to your shopping cart. At the Check-out Screen, select check/money order as your payment option. Then, please mail your payment by check or money order to the and once we receive it, we'll fill your order and ship it to you.

What if my order is filled incorrectly? We're human and sometimes we make mistakes. Please let us know immediately if there's a problem with your order and we'll fix it right away. We want you to be happy.
Do you sell wholesale? No.
Do you sell gift certificates? Yes. Click on the first category on our home page (Gift Certificates) and you'll be taken to a page that allows you to purchase one. You can specify any dollar amount for the gift certificate and it can be redeemed for any products(s) that are for sale on the happydogsplay.com website. When filling out the gift certificate request form, you'll be asked for the recipient's name, email and phone number. There's also a place where you can add your personal message that will be included with the gift certificate. Then the gift certificate's recipient receives an email telling her or him about the gift and the email will include a code that will be used to redeem the gift certificate on happydogsplay.com.
How to I redeem a gift certificate? When you're ready to redeem your gift certificate, go to happydogsplay.com and shop as you normally would by adding items to your shopping cart. When you reach the Check-out Screen, type in the code that's on your gift certificate and it will then be applied to your purchase. If the costs of the items you've selected are greater than the value of the gift certificate, you'll be asked to select an alternate payment method for the remaining balance.
PRODUCTS:
The toys in our collection are:
- In compliance with the safety standards recently set for children's toys in the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008;
- Manufactured by responsible companies who use independent labs to test their toys to make sure they're safe and who genuinely care about your dog's health and well-being;
- Tested again by happydogsplay.com upon arrival at our office to check for ourselves that there aren't unsafe levels of Lead, Mercury, Cadmium and Chromium. We use a local company that specializes in testing for lead and other heavy metals using the X-Ray Flourescence device that is commonly used to test children's toys;
- Made from plant-based materials (no wool, no leather) or safe synthetic fabrics instead of wool. All our toys are vegan and cruelty-free.
If a toy doesn't meet anyone of these criteria, we do not sell the toy.
