Delivery Purchaser shall pay all shipping costs as detailed on the website. The method of delivery will be selected by the Purchaser as detailed on the website and the associated costs will be added to the order. HappyDogsPlay.com LLC will make every effort to ship orders in a timely manner and if there are problems with an order, will contact the Purchaser within 48 hours of receipt of order.
ReturnsTo insure your dog's safety from disease, we do not accept returns of any dog toys unless there is an error in the shipment. Any other non-toy product that is unused, unopened and still in its original packaging, can be returned for a full refund within 10 days of delivery If you receive any defective merchandise or if any order is damaged in shipment, we'll make arrangements to replace or refund your items as quickly as possible. No goods shall be returned for credit or replacement without prior return merchandise authorization by HappyDogsPlay.com.

If your return is within 10 days of the initial shipment date, we will issue you a refund in the form of your original payment method.
